Twitter navigation bar not showing

Description of the issue:
When using Twitter with shields, I am unable to see the navigational bar on the bottom of the website.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open m.twitter.com in Brave.
2. Ensure shields and “Block Cross-Site Trackers” are on.
3. Observe the lack of a navigational bar.

Expected result:
This bar would simply appear normally; as it does without shields on.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.48.1 (23.3.2.0)

Mobile Device details:
iPhone 13, iOS 16.3.1

Additional info:
The attached image shows the referenced navigational bar.
