Trying to disable the ability to turn off "Allow InPrivate" on an extension and just keep it on

Description of the issue:
I am trying to keep an extension allowed InPrivate and not be allowed to turn off the setting for that specific extension.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. It cannot be reproduced.

Expected result:
Not have the ability to disable “Allow InPrivate.” for a specific extension

Version 1.22.71
