Tab Search Issue with Vertical Tabs

Description of the issue:

The tab search feature doesn’t function properly with vertical tabs. When I play a video in full-screen mode, the tab search UI fails to appear.

However, upon minimizing the video, the tab search UI appears with all the keywords.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enable vertical tabs.
  2. Play any video in full screen.
  3. Press the tab search shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+A).

Expected result:

The tab search UI should appear on top of the video.
