Sync not syncing Extensions or Themes

**Description of the issue: Extensions or Themes are not syncing, both from Fedora to Windows and from Windows to Fedora. Bookmarks work fine

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 2

**Reproduces how often: Everytime

**Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): [
Version 1.32.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)

**Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Windows and Linux Fedora Computer

**Additional Information: I think also settings are not synced but I am not sure

I’m facing exactly the same issue.
Extension syncing between Windows and Fedora 35 not working both ways.

Yeah! Same issue here.
Brave Version: 1.32.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Devices currently in use: Windows, Arco Linux, Android Phone
Issue: Only Bookmark sync is working, rest all are not syncing

I am facing the exact same thing. I created a sync chain on my Windows 10 Desktop Computer and joined the chain on my Pop!_OS 21.10 Laptop Computer and enabled “Sync Everything”. Only the bookmarks synced. I also tried manually choosing everything to sync, but still only the bookmarks. The other posts I have seen in other threads report this for Windows to Linux where only the bookmarks work.
