Sync multiple profiles across multiple devices

It would be good to be able to sync multiple profiles across multiple devices in a single sync chain.
At present it appears to be a limitation which means you have to have a seperate sync chain for a new profile added. eg. work profile and personal profile.

IMHO as of 2023/11/27 this is nearly perfect already so I am hesitant to suggest too much change… but here goes anyway! :smile:

What works for me:

  • Multiple profiles on one machine (5/5)
  • Sync of one profile to another profile on another machine using same key (4/5)
    (you have to manually sync the profile name and icon, new tab behavior, brave rewards icon, perhaps a couple other things… but all else seems to sync, even profile color)

What would be nice:

  • Existing sync is expanded to allow sync of profile name and icon
  • Quick-sync of multi-selected profiles from one machine to another (setting up multiple sync chains in the process) (but I definitely do not want the profiles to mix in any way!)

BTW I switched to Brave recently and am overjoyed so far. Thank you!
