This is a bit scary. Occurs in Ubuntu 18 when attempting to create a new sync chain.
When joining my existing sync chain from Brave in Ubuntu, I connect to someone else’s sync chain.
My existing (working) sync chain has 5 devices and appears to be working with no foreign / unknown devices. It only appears to be doing this in Brave on Ubuntu (fresh Ubuntu & Brave install).
Question: Has my Brave browser been compromised in order to harvest my Sync code?
