Description of the issue:
A complicated problem with sync chain
How can this issue be reproduced?
a.1)I want to leave sync chain because this sync chain has my old device that lost.
2)However everytime i want to leave sync chain the sync menu still shows the old sync chain and doesn’t let me create a new one.
3)Joining the old chain with new phone doesn’t work, and instead will create a new sync chain with only itself
b.1)checking the sync all option doesn’t work,it wil return unchecked when i reload the page
Expected result:
a)The browser should’ve leave the sync chain or the phone join the sync chain
b)the sync all button should’ve worked

Is there any solution that doesn’t require me to delete data? because i want to keep my bookmark and brave reward.
