Sync Is Working per Sync-internals - But nothing pushed to Android

I set up a Sync Chain [all] between my PC and Android device. But no changes are seen in the Android device. None of the data that internals say is syncing, actually shows up in Brave in Android. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Brave on Android. Redoing the chain several times. Doing it in the opposite way from phone to PC. Disabled VPN. Got off of WiFi as I am using Diversion on Router. No changes, can’t figure anything out. Sync-Internals look like all that is working properly, so seems maybe something on the Android.

Ok, strange. I realized, why didn’t I go to Sync Internals on Android. I did that, then it actually had to download something before that would load.

I notice Commit step result highlights yellow occasionally with “Unset”

Things seem to be syncing. Why do I not see any changes to the browser?
