Some older BAT still in rewards but not being sent to Uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
I use two browsers both connected to the same Uphold account. Both browsers send some BAT to Uphold each month successfully and the rewards page on one browser directly reflects Uphold and has no issue. The other browser however has a volume of BAT which shows in the rewards page but this BAT has now not been sent through to Uphold for many months (it may even be as far back as February 2020, I am uncertain on timings). This BAT was accumulated prior to either browser being synced to Uphold and I believe some was sent when initially linking - but not all of it.

I would like to transfer all of the BAT from this browser as I plan to change the OS.

The wallet is verified on both browsers.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )?
Windows 10 - Version 1.30.89

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
