BAT not transferring to Wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
Some of my BAT seems to be stuck in my browser. At the recent payout, I received BAT from the past month, but the rest didn’t transfer. The amount that remains in my browser has been there since I first connected to Uphold earlier this year. I tried switching to Gemini, but that didn’t solve the problem.

I tried to research the problem, and I found other people describing similar things, but never a solution.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10
Version 1.29.79 Chromium: 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes, I am recently switched to Gemini, but when I was using Uphold this was still a problem.

What date did you verify your wallet?
I verified with Gemini about a week or two ago.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes, Canada.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
