Not all BAT were transferred when verifying my second computer with Uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
Verified my second computer wallet with Uphold and got 13.75 BAT transferred while the browser told me I had 22
What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 Version 1.32.113 Chromium: 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
Nov 27 (computer 1) and Nov 30 (computer 2)
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, on computer 1, and partial payment on computer 2
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
