I just added an extension called Undetectable Adblocker. Bang. Not longer adds blocked. Simple and effective.

Nice! Just tried Undetectable Adblocker too works like a charm. Finally, no more annoying interruptions! 
Using for a week now. No problems.
This might work. Tried 2 pcs and worked.
1 Open youtube in both windows, one in normal Brave and another in secret mode Brave.
2 For secret Brave never allow any cookie
3 From your main Brave window such as “subscription” right click video and open it in private window
Your video woudl start without no lag.
