Small BUG: Edit Bookmark toolbar covers the bookmark folder menu

Description of the issue:
When I click the bookmark toolbar next to the URL and click to change the folder, the edit bookmark toolbar stays in the front covering the bookmark folders. Because of this, I am unable to quickly assign the bookmark to the folder I want.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Every time I add a new bookmark. There is no solution

Same issue.

reproduce:

  1. maximize to full screen
  2. cmd-D to edit bookmark
  3. click to choose destination folder

expected:
menu appears on top of dialog

Version 1.57.53 Chromium: 116.0.5845.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)

workaround:
always pick “choose another folder”

It used to work fine a few months ago.
Issue only happens when I maximize to full screen.
