I have been using Brave Windows for years, and it has been good. However, over the past few months, I have noticed a slow startup issue. By “slow startup,” I mean that while accessing any website, such as Instagram.com or YouTube.com, takes about 20 to 25 seconds. This problem occurs only during the initial startup. Subsequently, if I open a new tab without closing the browser, accessing websites works perfectly. However, after closing and reopening the browser, the issue of taking 20 to 25 seconds to access websites persists.
I’m using brave windows: version 1.61.114

i tried turning on/off the hardware acceleration but it didn’t help me
