Description of the issue:
Unable to remove blocking of sites that go through trackers.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enter the following url:
    https://delicious.com.au/
  2. Press enter

Expected result:
Opens Delicious website

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.52.130
Additional Information:
Tries to open https://tags.news.com.au/prod/newskey/generator.html?origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.delicious.com.au%2F&1689733991976882532
This site states that this is unreachable and returns error ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

All sites with tracker return the same message, however I am unable to prevent the blocking.

I have tried

  1. Taking shields down on Orange Lion
  2. Changing site settings
  3. Turning Safe Browsing to No Protection
  4. Changing the options on the Shields page
    5, Adding to custom filter lists
    None of these work. And I get the error Download Failed on all of these.

The site loaded fine here, not using a VPN?

I can open the site in Brave on my iPhone using the same wifi network, but not on Desktop. I do not have any adblockers in Brave extensions. I am not using a VPN. If I turn my router Firewalls off I get the message

If I go ahead after this message, then I get a message that the site I am trying to get to has blocked me.
