Shows i received 0.25 BAT only. But it's not in wallet and earned 2.6 BAT

Briefly describe your issue:
I verified my Gemini wallet and then the funds were never transferred for the march month and also last month some BAT were reduced. wallet was verified around the November 2nd date. Funds have not arrived.

yes i have transferred around 10 BAT to gemini wallet. for about a year the Bat have been adding up.
