Description of the issue:
Shortcuts (web apps) not working after update to
Version 1.35.104 Chromium: 98.0.4758.109 (Official Build) (arm64)
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I had previously installed web apps by going to the Brave menu>more tools>create shortcut but after updating to the latest version these stopped working. I quit the broswer completely but nothing, reset the computer, deleted the shortcuts using finder under user>applications>brave browser apps and created the shortcuts again but they don’t work anymore.

shortcuts opening on a separate window as if they were “apps”
