If you are clearing browsing data on exit, uncheck the “Site and Shields Settings” option.

## Description Clearing "Site and Shields Settings" (**_brave://settings/clear…BrowserData_**) resets Brave's global Shields settings (**_brave://settings/shields_**). ## Steps to Reproduce https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/20608253/115114052-ee300500-9f95-11eb-8e64-db2e76b28ad0.mp4 ## Actual result: Global Shields settings are reset. ## Expected result: Clearing "Site and Shields Settings" shouldn't reset Brave's global Shields settings.
