Send to devices unreliable

Description of the issue:
Sending web page from android phone to windows PC doesn’t always give me the option to open on the PC (when more than one perhaps?). I’ve always had reluctance to use this feature because of how undependable I’ve always found it to be. I’d really like to be able to count on it!

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. On android device, send multiple web pages to your windows pc.
  2. On windows pc, check for option to open.
  3. I only got one of the pages (the last one).

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.44.112 Chromium: 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
1 android phone and 2 windows pc’s

Thank you for reaching out and for detailed report. Could you kindly try toDisable Sync (Clear Data) and then you establish new sync chain.

Please try the following steps, if you’re on Desktop or Android:

  1. Go to brave://sync-internals
  2. Click on `Disable Sync (Clear Data)
  3. Close Brave
  4. Set up Sync again (they didn’t specify whether could link to prior sync or if create a new one)
