Description of the issue:
When trying to sync Brave from a Windows PC to an Android device nothing gets sent over.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Go into sync settings and make a new sync chain.
- Sync the Android to the PC (It doesn’t matter what method you use.)
- Enable syncing all on the PC
- Wait for it to sync
Reproduces how often: I tested it two times, I realized my phone wasn’t updated so I tested it more and got the same result.
