Well, my problem is that when I open a new tab and do a search, the results appear, after a few seconds all the search results turn black, although the results are there because when I move the mouse it indicates an option to select. A similar error happens to me when searching for images in google images, when clicking on an image the black screen appears again (In this case it was enough to give f5 and it appeared, but I don’t see it as convenient to repeat this process every time)
@Susano02,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please try performing this function in a Private browsing window to test and see if searching this way shows the same behavior?
Hello! Yes, I already tried using the private browser and the same thing happens both for the images and for the search results in general
@Susano02,
Thank you for confirming.
One more test for you here — can you please test this in a new browser profile and see if you get the same behavior? Please ensure that you only have the one (newly created) profile window open while testing.
Following the instruction to create a new profile, from there when doing a search and it loaded without the problem mentioned at the beginning. However, the problem remains when clicking on any image in google images, when clicking on the image the page turns black (I suppose it would be white if I had the light mode in the browser)
Thank you for confirming.
Very strange behavior.
Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration
in settings to see if this resolves the issue?
You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
I followed this indication but the problem still remains
Update *
I migrated to a new profile, it was working fine but after a while the same problem began to appear. I must add that I changed browser engine to Brave and said error does not happen
Can you please try reproducing the error and sharing your console logs with us so we can take a closer look? To do this:
- Visit Google again
- Click on (in Brave)
Main Menu —> More Tools --> Dev tools
- In the
Dev tools
window, click on theConsole
tab:
- Now run a search as you would normally via Google images and, once the issue occurs, please take a screenshot of the console output and share it with me here.
Thank you
During the process I got the following record in the console
In the first image where I marked with arrows, this is how it looks when clicking on an image (which has already been loaded perfectly)
I don’t understand anything, sorry

@Susano02,
Do you see the same results if you disable Shields (lion icon in the address bar) and then run the search?
That’s bring me to that

Yes, I disabled the shields of brave but I still have the same error
