Please put these glasses on: I love brave, I want to use it instead of going for Firefox or Google Chrome. I stopped using Chrome because of the RAM limit they put on the program… Couldn’t find a workaround, so I looked around for a better more secure option, and found brave. But if I can’t fix this silly scroll problem, I’ll have to try out Firefox.
Description: From the moment I started using Brave, the scroll goes way too fast! I scroll on my touchpad and it blazes a trail straight to the bottom as fast as it can. Super stressful, can’t take it anymore.
Steps:
- Open any page
- Scroll with 2 fingers on touchpad
- If the scroll doesn’t glitch up, which it commonly will with Brave, it will go extremely fast.
I expect this to perform similiarly to Firefox’s scroll, which is so calming, and I think uses Microsoft’s Mouse Settings on my PC, rather than trying to overwrite my personal preferences.
This happens 100% of the time.
Windows 10 Pro and Brave is up to date Version 1.4.96 Chromium: 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
No additional information, besides now I have to go through the painful process of changing browsers again.
