Scrolling is very fast - how to slow it down?

I just started using Brave browser for the first time.
Scrolling is happening very fast in the Brave browser on my Windows 10 laptop.

Is there any setting or any way to slow down scrolling speed?

I am on a Windows 10 laptop.
Brave Version 0.60.48 Chromium: 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro 1803 build 17134.590

Hi, sure you mean the speed? If you have switched from Firefox, it differs between soft and hard scrolling.

I don’t know what to word it but when I scroll up or down a page, the page scrolls up/down way too fast than I would like. I come from Chrome and Firefox before this and scrolling pages up or down on those is not unusably fast like here in Brave.
Even the Settings page itself scrolls way too fast.
Is there some advanced or hidden setting that can be changed?
