Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
Just open the browser on a Mac running macOS 15.2 and you will see the issue of the scroll bars not automatically hiding on websites.
I first noticed this after switching to vertical tabs via a keyboard shortcut where the scroll bars are very noticeable with vertical tabs turned on. Also, I have the vertical tabs on the right side.
Expected result:
The scroll bars on websites should automatically hide.

Brave is up to date
Version 1.74.29 Chromium: 132.0.6834.46 (Official Build) beta (arm64)
Additional Information:
Any ideas how I can fix this? Or is it a bug with Brave?
