Hide the address bar

Description of the issue:
I am not able to hide the address bar completely, since I do not want others to take a peek into the sites I visit while I’m browsing (not referring to browsing history).
Well, just did a quick search for the issue, found that it was possible in the Google Chrome and Chromium browser. Since, Brave is built using Chromium, shouldn’t the option for hiding the address bar be present?

How can this issue be reproduced?
It seems there was a solution for this, guess it was removed(link in additional info section). Request you to please enable this feature, even though many don’t find it useful, most people with serious privacy concerns find this feature quite handful.
Also, it needs to be functional in full-screen, incognito(also using Tor) mode.
