First part of the issue
Description of the issue:
If I go on any site on which is a container with overflow scroll, the scrollbar is always visible and does not auto hide how, it used to 5 days ago.
Expected result:
The Scrollbar should only be visible during scrolling and for about 1 sek after scrolling, then it should fade away.
Second part of the issue
Description of the issue:
Also this scrollbar is not just on top of the content of the page, it next to it and takes up approximately 10px. But 100vw includes the 10px of the scrollbar, olthough the elements, can only be take up the width of the window excluding the scrollbar.
Expected result:
100vw should exclude the width of the scrollbar, if it is permernently visible.

I don’t remember upgrading brave - might just have messed up the preferences.
