as I briefly described, watching a video on youtube or flixtor.to or other websites when I open a new window and drag it out the video freezes, and I hear a the dialogue for a few seconds than it freezes completely for about a minute. I just recently discovered that if I open chrome the issue stops and the video starts playing again.
