Revert change made in flags - brave crashing/not working now

hey all on Mac with brave browser I went into flags and enabled live captions but it broke the browser and now I cant browse or do anything. the browser still opens but it doesnt open any menus nor does it let me browse a page. when I try to click enter or browse or try to revisit flags screen, it just shows a white screen with that folder with the sad face thingy

how can I revert the browser back so it can function again?

you can start brave using --no-experiments flag

and this how to start brave using command line with flags

then go to flag and reset them
