PSA: Uphold connectivity issues....again (aggregate topic)

Long story short, just heard back this is a known issue. It also happened last month, as you can see at Aggregate Topic = Uphold Connection Error: Try again later

No clue why there are issues with Uphold, but it’s being worked on. I’m going to merge over some of the existing topics and pray people don’t keep creating a million different topics…

No known ETA on this being resolved. I’ll update and comment here when I know anything.

Update: 12pm EST on March 29, 2024

So they are in the midst of rolling out a fix. Just have to wait a bit longer.

Conecte mi cuenta verificada de uphold (soy de argentina) y cuando la conecto a brave rewards me salta que hay un error, pero en la billetera de Uphold si me salta que esta conectada. Que puedo hacer?

I have been connected to Uphold with Brave for months with no connectivity issues. A few days ago Uphold was having access issues and now that’s been resolved on the mobile app so I’m able to access my account. However, Brave still won’t allow the connections to see my rewards balance. Windows 11 Home

I am so sick of this Uphold crap that I may stop using this browser. I really don’t care the reasoning behind uphold disconnecting my rewards then getting the error above. Brave start using another wallet or I’m done with you. I mean why cant i just send them to Brave wallet?

i tried to change profile but nothing change, i can’t use gemini porfolio because in italy is not available.

When I try to link my Uphold account to my Brave browser, I get the error that is the subject of this aggregate post.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Be signed in to valid Uphold account in current browser session
  2. Open new Brave tab
  3. Click “Connect Account” on Brave Rewards
  4. Click “Uphold”

Expected result:
Not sure exactly, but conceptually my Uphold account should be linked to my browser

I have create a long time ago uphold account but fail validation until today.

Can’t connect to uphold account.
Holds in proces when trying to connect, and replay “something wnet wrong, contacts support…”

I have a new phone, on my old phone I m connected brave to uphold. On my new one I m getting error
“something went wrong, contact support"

Is it still true that uphold account can’t only be connected to 4 brave rewards browser?
If sth happened is there some way to reset those 4 connections?

Same. I haven’t been able to connect in a couple of years. To be honest, I am going to move the content of my wallet elsewhere until it is figured out. Please keep us updated!
