I am currently unable to link my Uphold account to my Brave Rewards. Every time I attempt to log into Uphold, I receive an error that keeps telling me that it is still being processed (even though I created the account months ago).

I too am currently unable to link my Uphold account to my Brave Rewards and end up in a loop when “Try again”. Have had my rewards connected with Uphold since 2021 and its been working fine until yesterday. Cant connect back neither on my phone nor my laptop.

First time setting it up in a very long time. It was 2021 the last time I got a payout on this uphold account. Never using this computer.

I went ahead and pulled the logs. It seems to be either a certificate error or an issue with the KYC response from Uphold.
Specific Log mentioning the failed KYC check and certificate issue.

Same issue here when using the new-tab function to sign-in to link uphold balance. Tried a few times over the past 24 hours.

Hello im running Brave on windows 10, and had need to reinstall my OS. After which I have attempted to link my Uphold account which has worked since forever.
First I entered Uphold and removed the previous old link. Now from Brave when I attempt to made a new link, it takes me through the step as expected logging in ect. Then at the end it returns me to the Rewards page and presents the message.
“Your request is still being processed, please wait.
Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again.”
Checking in Uphold it appears the accounts are linked but Brave is stuck going around this same loop forever returning to that error message. I have removed the new link and have done the same again but with the same results.

Brave reward shows I have to log in to check rewards. Attempts to log in and met with “Your request is being processed, please wait” I’ve been waiting for 3 days and nothing. I can log into my uphold with no issues. What am I missing here?

Same issue here. It was fine yesterday morning for both my laptop and desktop, then sometime last night my laptop was signed out and still won’t reconnect today. As far as I can tell my desktop is still connected though. I too, looked for a topic to fit “RE-connect to uphold issues” but there is only the general instructions for first time connections. Luckily, though unfortunately for us all, I see I am not the only one experiencing this.
We appreciate it! I don’t know anything but you might try turning it off and back on again. That sometimes can fix it.
Ditto for me too. Can login to uphold itself, but linking brave gives constant error message as described above.
Looks like the error’s been resolved for now. I’ll keep an eye on my Brave rewards to see if it comes back.
