I am unable to claim my bat tokens as prove you are human not working properly
I am not zoomed in or out the resolution is at 100%
Earlier I was able to claim the reward but this time I am unable to do so

Have the same problem on all my Brave browsers.

I had the exact same problem.

For me it worked: I took my browser into window mode, so not full screen. Like less then half of the screen. I had zoom out a little to see the captcha. First attempt proofed im human.

Faced same issue , did what @FEHWFKKLDNKF has said in his comment and it worked

Same here, Zoom out a little 80% and try it again. It worked for me. Ty guys. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

If you have a verified wallet, you don’t have to claim anything. It automatically deposits into your account

I am also having this issue. Trying the earlier suggestion did not work for me. I have a Dell Alienware M15 with a 4k screen.

On 4K monitor I had to scale down to 25% and then it worked.

Zoom out to 25% and then drag. It worked for me :slight_smile:
