Hello. I didn´t receive february rewards. After reaching out to support, someone told me my profille was flagged due to “unusual behaviour”. After questing about was this about I never got a response.
I’m a brave user for years and my behaviour was allways the same I didn´t do anything unusual. My profile was flagged once maybe a year ago and this was reverted of course.
Can you help me?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)
If they told you that it won’t be reinstated, then that’s the final determination and you won’t get any additional responses. They don’t spend time arguing with people. Antifraud does an investigation into the account and tells you if it’s reinstated or if it will remain flagged.
I’m assuming based on what you’re saying, they told you in that response that it won’t be reinstated?
I was flagged before and they fixed it so I was assuming they would fix it again because my behavior is the same since 2022. I don’t use VPN or do shaddy stuff just regular web browsing.
Forget Brave reward, anyway Brave has now made the rules regarding rewards very strict, if any small rule is broken by the user and the account is flagged! It’s not our favorite browser Which gives multiple chances to the user regarding rewards, Brave only wants the user to make a small mistake and block the account.
Anyway, a line suits the Brave regarding reward: Brave Reward, for the Brave, is like a bone stuck in a dog’s throat which neither the dog can swallow nor spit out!
don’t argue with their bots, they will never acknowledge they anti fraud system is terrible, same posts all year long & always the same useless replies
Hey, you never did advise whether they said it won’t be reinstated. All I told you is if they had said it won’t be reinstated, then it likely never will.
And also want to make sure when you say it’s fixed, hopefully you’re coming to that conclusion because someone from Brave told you the flag has been removed. I say that because people have continually tried making new profiles or connecting and then thought they gamed the system when it didn’t show them the message they were flagged. But then they’d get upset when they never received their payments. Brave will occasionally allow permanently flagged accounts to connect to a custodial account but will refuse payment when it’s time.
Just wanted to point that out as not sure which situation you’re in. If indeed they told you it’s fixed and reinstated, then I’m happy for you. Yet at the same time, will advise to be mindful of what you do. Those who have been flagged, especially more than once in the past, tend to get themselves flagged again in the future because they don’t change their habits.
they never told me anything. same auto message. I got last month rewards. I don’t know what happened and honestly I don’t care.
