Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged (when connected to zebpay)

I raise request for unflagged brave rewards profile on 10/10/2023 .

After I share the General Info and Event Log,
I got no reply for email .

Please resolve the issue.

Even I am facing the same issue but they simply say that we have gone thoroughly and profile can’t be reinstated. I dunno why it’s happening.

I have already posted my sufferings in great details but sadly not yet addressed🥲.

This even happened to me too and I think most of the people who are facing it belong to India, my both android and PC profiles are flagged and all my 100+ BATS have disappeared.
First of all, there is some problem with their algo as it is flagging profiles for no specific reason even after taking all precautions.
Secondly, at least give some solution or verification method so we can unflag our profiles.
I request brave to either unflag my profiles or at least finish the last payouts so I can make a new profile and start all over again.

Even this doesn’t work as in my post I mentioned after giving up 25 bat’s I reset my profile and it again got flagged even after being so careful using brave.

Just an update, I just tried randomly to log in Zebpay again and to my surprise, it got connected successfully both on PC and Android. I guess the issue is getting fixed but I still don’t know if I’ll get the previous payouts as it still says “payouts in progress”.

You can check your Event Logs at brave://rewards-internals for your current status.

Hi for me too worked and also showing The payout for September rewards is in progress hope we will get our payout.

Nice. I think payout for ZebPay are still not closed in the backend. Maybe Brave will re-do missed ZebPay payouts as vBATs are getting expired this month.

I got confirmation via email that profile is still flagged and there would be no payouts, even if it is connected to custodian wallet.

Oh really? I thought the flag issue was finally resolved.

So now even flag profiles can be connected to ZebPay without paying out? @Evan123 Can you confirm this please?

My custodial account now showing verified.
But I didn’t receive brave rewards.
