Problems when claiming BAT from Brave Rewards

This month the computer browser did not give me the option to claim the BAT obtained in the month of February. Also Brave Rewards are not increasing any more for no reason. Does anyone know what the reason may be and how to avoid this in future?

look my rewards hasn’t been granted to me for last month and by me using your product again I’ve been getting hacked all week and last month.CommunityBrave insured my that the first week of March I would be getting paid for over 500 trackers,and ads I helped with in last month if February not included the new reports included. I want my money today

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
