I lost BAT and didn't get paid?

Hi! I am new to brave, however I think I have a problem and after analyzing several topics here on the forum none of them “fit” with my case.

I know that the payments are not yet finalized, but 3 days ago I received the button “claim reward” (having already verified the account) and received a reward of 1.5 BAT which I am very grateful however the amount of BATs that were in the browser were not transferred to the wallet, only those 1.5 BAT of reward.

I think at the very least I would have to have 5 BAT which was not the situation so I didn’t pay much attention until yesterday morning I was about 3.7 BAT and out of nowhere it went to 2.2 BAT, that is, as if had lost about 1.6 BAT, can someone help me?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
