I don t recept all of have my rewards on january. I think that i will have them on february but not. Can you help me please.
yes same here, got only fraction of my bat in January and thought I will receive in February and this time also I got very few bats
I didn’t receive my BAT since october, I got around 10 dollars but nothing in uphold
Same case here since january - february my bat token is 34.635 BAT stucks in my browser, no notification to redeem/claim the bat reward on brave android mobile since january, my phone always 24 hours online on 5 - 7 each month and i keep using brave to browse news etc not just let it run on background.
But in other hand is, the brave desktop on linux works just fine, it still pushing ads notification and i had token from it and able to redeem my bat reward although i opened brave desktop linux after date 6 on that month it still giving me push notification to redeem/claim my bat reward. Why brave mobile doesnt work like this too huh!?
how come this situation is different between brave movile android with brave desktop linux. I mean it seems brave android have many issues. I also often get bat server issue on brave android, sometime my bat token is less or more than what i got and in few hours it came back to normal amount again. So for this matter i always try to save some proof, screenshot or screen record.
i have contact brave community support 6 days ago explained about this issue still no respond yet.
