Briefly describe your issue:
I’ve successfully connected a Mac Mini and Samsung tablet to my Uphold wallet, but I cannot connect my Pixel 4a phone. I’ve only ever connected those two devices. I don’t have the Uphold app installed anywhere so there’s no conflict there.
When I click on the Rewards triangle I get a warning: “Action required: connect a custodial account or your vBATs will be lost”. When I click on Connect Account a new tab opens with brave://rewards/#verify
That page says: “Press the [triangle] BAT icon in the URL bar to start”, even though I’ve been using rewards for months. When I click on the icon I get the warning notice again that I need to connect.
If I close the warning I can see my rewards summary, but if I click Connect I get taken once again to brave://rewards/#verify and I’m back to square one. All it does is open new tabs but never allows me to actually connect. Can anyone help? My phone and Brave are up-to-date.
