Cannot Connect Brave Rewards to Uphold

Click connect on brave://rewards

Respected to connect and see my balance in the brave rewards page brave://rewards

Happens every time on my Brave Android browser. Brave desktop connected just fine.

1. Which version of Android?

2. Which version of Brave? (make sure it’s updated)

3. Can you try to close all tabs and exit Brave? Then go back to see if it works.

4. Restart your phone and then try again.

Uphold aren’t interested and telling me to contact Brave.

@StuartO if you go to brave://rewards-internals does it show as active or does it say something like Rewards Not Created or whatever?

I know in the past, part of what we’d see your issue with were people using devices that didn’t pass SafetyNet. The only thing is I think that the test they used for that is now outdated and unable to be used. But I will at least ask, are you using a stock version of Android? Or are you doing something like a Custom OS or De-Googled version?

What I’ll also do is tag in @Evan123 to ask what it is we’re generally looking at when this issue is happening for people.

My android is stock (Android 13; Build/TP1A.220624.014)
