Briefly describe your issue: Brave had disconnected from Uphold (again) but pressing the “connect button” elicits no response, nor does clicking on the BAT triangle to get to see the rewards panel. It’s as if there’s no url under the connect/BAT triangle links.
What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? I’m on a Samsung android device would have posted this under android rewards but seemingly no permission to post in there.
Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no) Yes
What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile? around 2019/2020?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices? Yes
Could you go to brave://flags and enable flag called ‘Always show brave rewards custodial options’. If that doesn’t help. I guess will tag support team member.
I did this and not only did it help because I get the menu when I click on the triangle again, but also I’ve been magically reconnected too. I’ll be back to mark your post as a solution if it manages to continue working properly for the next few days, thank you!
So today I had almost the same problem on Nightly, Windows 10 which I noticed when I clicked on the triangle and was invited to start earning Brave rewards and in Brave Rewards settings said I was not connected. Your suggestion fixed this too - although I didn’t seem to receive my (tiny) March rewards - the usual notice saying rewards on their way isn’t there - on any device.
