Description of the issue:
When you have 2 Profiles open, if you play a Youtube video in each of them. The video’s will grind to a halt until one of them is paused.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Have / Create at least 2 profiles.
Start playing video’s on both profiles at the same time
Expected result:
Both video’s to play normally like they would in a single profile.

Hello there @Bilibox , could you please try opening your main profile in private or guest mode to see if the videos play properly? If they do load, try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.
You can open a Guest Window by going to Main menu --> Open Guest window:
On your computer, open Brave.
At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
This is due to an Nvidia control panel option “Max Frame Rate”. Having this set (any number) appears to break youtube. Since I’m unsure if this is an nvidia, chrome, brave, or youtube’s issue. I’ll close this for now since the solution appears to be to set Max Frame Rate to off.
