Description of the issue:
Because no reply, continued from:
PiP window does not show in fullscreen windows other than Brave. This is probably a Chromium issue.
Expected result:
The PiP window should stay on top on every window in every space.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.67.123 Chromium: 126.0.6478.126 (Official Build) (arm64)
