Description of the issue: PDF files cannot be saved in Books

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any website with a link to a PDF file
  2. Click the link
  3. PDF will Open in tab
  4. Click „…“
  5. Click Share and then the Books icon

Expected result: PDF will be saved in Books

Actual result: Nothing happens

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.17
