PDF files cannot be saved in Brave

Description of the issue: PDF files cannot be downloaded

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to any website with a link to a PDF file
  2. Click the link
  3. PDF will open in a new tab
  4. Click the „…“ menu

Expected result: There should be an icon to have the PDF file opened in Acrobat Reader (if installed) or to save the file.

Actual result: Acrobat Reader does not appear in the list and there is no way to save the PDF file.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.17

Mobile Device details iPad Pro with iOS 13.5.1

Additional Information: I suppose saving a PDF file is something most people do regularly. So I wonder why nobody seems to have fixed this issue until now.
