Description of the issue:
Hey!
I’m trying to sync between my devices.
My android devices are synced alright, both of them are in the chain (they see each other on the Sync setting).
However, my PC is on the same chain sync, but he’s alone. I don’t see any other device on the device list. I tried setting up a sync chain multiple times, still not visible.
tried deleting and installing Brave again (on all devices), no change.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Create a sync chain on PC and add mobile (or vice versa)

Every time
Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Latest Version 1.14.84
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
PC Laptop Windows 10
Android devices (Xiaomi redmi 4 / note pro 9)
Both devices see each other, only laptop isn’t
