Payout missing ( October+ previous token)

I have not received brave payout yet but in the status It is showing all payment completed.
I don’t understand why it’s Happened.
I examined all the reasons and found them all correct.
I checked these:-

  1. No account flagging
  2. Still receiving proper ads
  3. every thing okay in the internals
  4. Verified with Zebpay
  5. Kyc completed

Total BAT = 102BAT

Supported region, brave version 1.60.116 letest

I have 4 profile ( mobile, pc ,Tab ) , should I create separate ticket for each profile or just create single ticket and mention each reward profile I’d in detail explaination Section.???:question::grey_question:

Earlier when I had a similar situation, I mentioned it in one ticket itself. Better for them and us to figure it out and follow up I suppose.

As expected ( Because of high bat amount {102})
I received copy paste answer from brave, they mentioned profiles are flagged and not be reinstated again. How can this happen because after Claiming our bat in October 2022 I off the all type of ads ( NTP ,newsfeed, notification ) also I stopped using Brave from October 2022 , I didn’t even update Brave But when I came to know on October 25 2023, I updated Brave.
Then how is it possible for irregular activity. I still believe I doesn’t made any irregular activity

to be respect I appreciate Brave decision and can’t challenge it because everyone loves money . To be honest I still use brave.
