Passwords from Chrome CSV file not importing passwords

How can this issue be reproduced?
Importing a Chrome CSV file does state that passwords are being imported, but none show up.

Expected result:
I expected that the passwords would be imported, but they aren’t

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.45.118 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Thank you for reaching out and I’m happy to help you. Could you kindly follow steps below to import passwords.

  1. Launch Brave and open the Main menu
  2. Select Bookmarks --> Import Bookmarks and Settings
  3. Select from the list of detected browsers you want to Import from
  4. Check the desired settings to import and click Import

Hi

This is what I do: Install Firefox, import passwords from Chrome then open Brave and import passwords from Firefox.
