Brave export password to Chrome

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. I want to export passwords from Brave to Chrome but when I Import them into Google Account it says there has been an error and it cant import them
2. Don’t know how to reproduce the error
3. I want to import my brave passwords into Chrome
   

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.42.95 Chromium: 104.0.5112.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Follow the steps; I think you need to enable password import in Chrome.

1. First open brave://settings/passwords
2. Click the 3 dots, then export passwords by saving them as CSV file
3. Second open Chrome
4. Open chrome://flags
5. Search for password import and enable it (see image below); Relaunch Chrome
6. Open chrome://settings/passwords, click on the 3 dots and import the CSV file you have saved.

I don’t actually think you need to enable the flag, we should be able to just use steps 5 & 6 above.
