Pandora Radio won't let me skip songs while Trackers and Ad Blockers are set to Standard

Description of the issue:
Playing music on Pandora Radio (https://www.pandora.com/) won’t let me skip songs while Shield Setting Trackers and Ad Blockers is not disabled.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Log into Pandora Radio (https://www.pandora.com/)
  2. While music is playing press the Skip button
  3. Usually the station will advance to the next song without issue.
    ** If Shields has Trackers and Ad Blockers enabled, the song will not skip. If you set Trackers and Ad Blockers to “disabled”, the song will skip and play a commercial before the next song begins.

I get a spinning circle where the album picture should be.

Expected result:
Station advances to next song

Every time Shields Trackers and Ad Blockers are set to Standard

How many blocked items in Shields? the Pandora ads should be blocked

Right now, 14. Pandora ads are blocked. The issue is I cannot skip a song unless I turn shields off.
