Spotify blocked from playing next track even when added to whitelist in brave://settings/content/autoplay

Description of the issue:
Title says it all

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. brave://settings/content/autoplay
  2. Toggle off
  3. Add [*.]spotify.com to Allow list

Expected result:
Spotify autoplays the next track on a playlist

ACTUAL RESULT:
Spotify sometimes plays 2-3 tracks before stopping, but usually stops after each track, and getting it to start the next one sometimes requires more than just clicking the Play button for that track.

QA NOTE
This might be more of an adblock problem — it could be that Spotify is stopping playback when ads don’t load.

Update: This is almost certainly related to ad-blocking. As of 2-3 days ago, Brave Shields do not block ads on Spotify anymore, and whether or not playback resumes after the ads seems random.
