Out of date browser

Hello, I’ve been receiving notices from sites I use like https://short.io that I’m using an out-of-date browser, but when I check my Brave version (1.42.97) it says it is up to date.

I apologize if I can’t reference the other sites as I can’t really remember which ones have given out a notice regarding the browser. Though I’m sure there are a couple.

Hi

Try this:

  1. Open brave://settings/clearBrowserData, go to Advanced Tab and clear browsing data (leave cookies and passwords)
  2. Open brave://settings/help, click on version, download and install update.
  3. Restart Browser
